Lots of the young people who helped us make Facework had a lot to say about the problems they have had growing up.  Life can be hard but as you get older it’s important to learn from the experience of overcoming problems and building resilience –or “stickability.” Some of the young people who we talked to had to master impressive skills to avoid danger and stay safe, protect themselves from harm, as well as show resilience when things go wrong yet again.  Richard Branson – who himself struggled with school, -said” Do not be embarrassed by your failures, learn from them and start again”.  We’ll show you in this module why employers love staff who can fix problems.
